Our Mission
Osceola Presbyterian Church is a community of disciples changed by the love of Jesus, nurtured by God, energized by the Spirit, and led by Scripture, who continue Christ’s earthly ministry through heartfelt worship, humble prayer, joyful service and faithful sharing. We commit ourselves to model the unconditional love of the living God.
We participate in a variety of projects that fulfill physical and spiritual needs, including:

Angel Tree Program
At Christmas time, Osceola’s congregation provides gifts for the children of families supported by our food pantry as well as families from Jardine Academy in Cranford.
Lyons VA Medical Center
Twice a year, we collect underwear and toiletries for the residents of the Lyons VA Medical Center in Somerset County.

Operation Christmas Child
Our Sunday School sends over 100 shoe boxes to Samaritan’s Purse’s Operation Christmas Child ministry each year. This program sends gifts to children around the world, providing the gift of joy and a tangible expression of God’s love.

Rise Against Hunger
We partnered with Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief organization serving alongside in-country partners outside of the U.S., for eight years to host meal packing events at Osceola. We provided over 80,000 meals that were sent around the globe to help fight hunger. We hope to continue to work with Rise Against Hunger for years to come. Learn more about RAH.

Osceola Food Pantry
Our church food pantry supports approximately two dozen local families and currently has a waiting list. We welcome monetary donations and donations of non-perishable food items to help us continue this ministry.
